We are now looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in Germany and across the Northern Europe region. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and growing our distributor and reseller network while driving long-term sales growth in the market.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Aritco’s partner network across Northern Europe, including markets such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, and additional countries within the region.
You will work closely with distributors, resellers, and customers to drive sustainable sales growth and ensure a high level of support and engagement throughout the partner journey.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Collaborating with colleagues and local partners to drive sales and manage key accounts.
Conducting sales visits to recruit, onboard, and support new partners.
Developing and executing territory plans to achieve annual sales targets and long-term growth.
Building strong relationships with existing partners through regular coaching and business support.
Monitoring market trends, regional regulations, and competitive developments.
Coordinating branding and marketing activities to increase product visibility in the region.
Managing administrative tasks such as CRM updates, budgeting, and partner agreement documentation.
The Bigger Picture
You will become part of an international team consisting of six Key Account Managers and two Regional Marketing Managers, each responsible for different regions. You will report directly to the Sales Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
This is a remote position based in Germany. The role includes approximately 10–12 business trips per year across Northern Europe, typically lasting around three business days each. You will also travel regularly to Aritco’s headquarters and factory in Järfälla, Sweden, for onboarding, collaboration, and business meetings.
Our Expectations
Industry Experience
Previous experience from the elevator/lift industry or related sectors such as HVAC, construction technology, industrial products, or technical B2B solutions.
Sales Experience: At least five years of experience within B2B sales, key account management, or business development, with a proven ability to drive results and build long-term customer relationships.
Educational Background: We value different educational and professional backgrounds. Relevant academic studies, vocational education, certifications, or equivalent work experience are all considered valuable for this role.
Relationship Building: You are skilled at building trust and managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Flexibility & Travel: You are comfortable travelling frequently across Northern Europe as part of the role.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Additional Northern European languages, including Swedish, are considered an advantage.

Aritco was founded in 1995 by four entrepreneurs outside Stockholm, all with experience from the elevator industry and a shared vision of creating a smarter, more accessible, and cost-efficient lift solution.
What started with a hand-built lift in a living room has grown into an international success story. Today, Aritco operates from a 16,000 sqm factory and headquarters in Veddesta outside Stockholm, producing approximately 3,000 lifts annually and selling to more than 60 countries through over 170 distributors worldwide.
