Are you a technically skilled problem-solver with a strong background in electronics and electrical systems? Aritco is looking for a Technician Electrical & Electronics to join our team and support both R&D and production with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, testing, and improving products and equipment.

This is a hands-on role where you will be deeply involved in maintaining and enhancing our test systems, prototypes, and tools — playing a key part in ensuring product quality and process efficiency.

About the Role

As Technician Electrical & Electronics, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, and Technical Support. Your focus will be on the electrical and electronic aspects of both products and test environments. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting test systems and equipment, as well as supporting prototype validation and production-related investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting hardware and functional issues in both products and test systems

• Testing and validating hardware prototypes in collaboration with R&D

• Designing, building, and maintaining safe, efficient test systems, fixtures, and tools

• Managing and maintaining production test equipment

• Contributing to continuous improvements in testing methods and system design

• Supporting production and technical support teams

• Providing expert technical input to internal stakeholders

• Documenting findings, results, and improvement suggestions

Your Profile

We believe you're a hands-on technician with a strong technical foundation and a keen eye for detail. You are solution-focused, self-motivated, and thrive in collaborative environments.

Requirements:

• Vocational or academic training in electronics, electrical engineering, or similar

• Experience with electrical installations

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of safety standards for electrical/electronic systems and tools

• Ability to take initiative, especially regarding quality and safety

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Fluent in both English and Swedish, written and spoken
